This firm represents various clients across diverse industries in areas of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate tax exemptions. We also give consulting in International Banking Law. In the area of commercial litigation we have represented manufactures as well as distributors in lawsuits involving the Dealers’ Act commonly known as Law 75. In trademarks we have been engaged in litigation involving trademark issues per state and federal statutes.

Real Estate Law
The firm has been engaged in several transactions of importance representing developers and sellers of real estate, of both commercial and residential projects. We have also represented financial institutions in the closings for commercial and residential loans and have been engaged in several projects for the elderly under Section 202 of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Firm has also been retained to defend high profile real estate cases involving breach of contract, tortuous interference with contract and “culpa in contrahendo” cases.
